Doctor Maria visits India to make an agreement with the government to avail the cancer tablets for low cost of price for the poor people. But some of the bad guys who wants to sell their product for high cost does not want Maria to make this agreement. Maria stays in a Star Hotel and prepares a document for next day agreement. Meanwhile a person from the opposite team who is a bad guy locks Maria in the hotel room. When Maria starts for a meeting she could not open the door.
