Too cryptic. Not worthy of the *Jolly* name.

The blue-red-pink clue, how to use it by looking at another clue, and where to use it is ridiculously obscure. The clue, how to use it, and where it goes are each on a different screen: Lamp, vase, screen that has a cabinet on the left side.

There is no logic to the scroll with the dots, that I can see. You can't finish a clue if the answer makes no sense.
